A quilt by Cheyenne’s Do Palma is part of the 27th annual “Fabric of Legacies” International Art Quilt Exhibition at the Lincoln Center Galleries in Fort Collins, Colo., through Aug. 20. Award jurors are Susan Crouse-Kemp and Louisa Smith.
Do Palma will join other exhibit artists at the opening reception on Friday, July 18, 5-7 p.m.

The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
