Next Thursday, May 14, will be a busy one at the Cam-Plex Heritage Center in Gillette.
From 4-6 p.m., the Cam-Plex gallery hosts a reception for Karen Jensen and her exhibit “Trophy Taking.” The event is free and open to the public. The exhibit will be up through May 29.
At 6:15 p.m., Cam-Plex kicks off its celebration of the “Footlose” 10th anniversary tour with a costume contest, followed by the show at 7 p.m. Tickets are $30 for adults and $25 for youth, seniors and military. For ticket info, contacvt 1-877-CAMPLEX or visit www.cam-plex.com
The Wyoming Arts Council believes that experiencing the arts should be accessible for all, including people with mental and/or physical disabilities, older adults, military/veterans, people living in institutions and those who lack access to the arts due to geographic isolation, cultural difference and economic hardship.
