Grand Teton Music Festival
The Grand Teton Music Festival has returned for its annual Winter Concert Series.
From classical chamber music, strings, woodwinds and piano to virtuosic brass, the festival promises a varied and exciting season. Performers this winter include musicians from Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit and Houston.
The one-hour winter performances contribute to Grand Teton Music Festival’s year-round educational programs, which involve bringing visiting artists into local schools.
Unless otherwise noted, concerts start at 7:30 p.m. in Walk Festival Hall, Teton, Village. Tickets are $10 adults, free for students ages 6-18.
Feb. 12: String quartet convert, featuring musicians from the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Houston Symphony. Hear the works of Mendelssohn and Debussy.
March 20: Free family concert at 4 p.m. Details to be announced.
March 26: Woodwind quintet with piano, with musicians from the Atlanta, Chicago and Detroit Symphony Orchestras, the Houston Symphony and the Chicago Chamber Musicians.
