NASAA Notes showcases “state arts agency ingenuity.” This month, the persistence of Wyoming arts educators gets a nod with the passage of House Bill 177. The bill “modified eligibility for Hathaway scholarships to require two years of instruction in the arts, in career-vocational education or in a foreign language.” Thanks, NASAA!
