WAC roster artists’ Laughing Bird (Tupelo and Janey Kenyon) depart Story, Wyo., each winter for warmer climes. The group has just release its Jan.-March touring schedule, and it looks as if Tupelo and Janey will be burning the miles through California, Arizona and other points south and west.
