Registration Open for the Wyoming Arts Summit

Registration is now open for the Wyoming Arts Summit. A celebration of the Wyoming Arts Council’s 50th anniversary, the summit is set to take place November 2-4, 2017 at the Lander Community and Convention Center in Lander, WY.

This event is an opportunity for Wyomingites to come together, learn from one another, and empower the state’s creative sector. The summit offers professional development tracks for arts advocates, administrators, educators, and artists, and will highlight many of Wyoming’s talented visual, performing, literary, and musical artists.

Keynote speakers include Kealoha, the first Poet Laureate of Hawai’i, Savannah Barrett, Director of Programs for Art of the Rural and co-founder of the Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange, and Maria Lopez De León, President and CEO of the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures

Early Bird registration is available now through October 11th. Special student rates are also available. Event details, hotel and registration information can be found at wyoarts.state.wy.us/programs/wyoming-arts-summit.
