Wyoming Musicians Selected to Perform at Levitt Pavilion Denver

The Wyoming Arts Council, in partnership with the Levitt Pavilion Denver, are pleased to announce the four Wyoming bands and musicians chosen to perform as part of the Levitt Pavilion Denver’s summer concert series this summer.

The Woodpile of Laramie will open for Dustbowl Revival on July 6. The Canyon Kids of Jackson will open for Eileen Jewell on August 15. Jalan Crossland of Ten Sleep will open for The Brothers Comatose on August 18 and Freda Felcher of Jackson will open for Face Vocal Band on September 8. For details and the full lineup visit the Levitt Pavilion Denver’s website.

This partnership is part of the Wyoming Art Council’s Wyoming Independent Music Initiative (WIMI) to help artists perform and tour out of state. There will be more performance opportunities for Wyoming musicians in the coming months through partnerships between WIMI and other regional venues.

Levitt Pavilion Denver is a non-profit established with the purpose of building community through music. They are the first and only free cultural venue in Denver. Offering 50 free concerts a year to the public, this invaluable asset to concertgoers and musicians alike, Levitt Pavilion Denver provides increased access to the arts. The amphitheater also acts as a launching pad for local artists, exposing them to audiences sizes eclipsing those of local bars and indoors venues.
